Ugo Poletti

Founder and Editor-in-Chief of "The Odessa Journal," covering culture, history, business, and social life in Odessa, Ukraine's maritime hub, since 2020. Also, co-founder of Rotary Club Odessa International and organizer of "Odessa Gentlemen's Dinners," monthly networking events for diplomats and businesses.
Previously lived in Milan, Barcelona, Pescara, and Rome, working as an entrepreneur, manager, and consultant for Italian, English, French, and Ukrainian companies.
Held diverse roles such as Financial Analyst in a British bank, Export Manager for an Italian fashion company, and Teacher of Fashion Marketing at the European Institute of Design (IED) in Milan, among others. Additionally served as Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Assolombarda (Milan's industrialists association of Confindustria) from 2002 to 2005.

Maurizio Longo

Maurizio is a seasoned consultant with over 23 years of experience in banking operations. He specializes in business development and financial management, with expertise in areas such as project management and debt recovery.
Since relocating to Kyiv in 2015, Maurizio has helped firms establish and expand their businesses in Ukraine by navigating legal issues, forming local partnerships, and negotiating contracts.
Now, Maurizio is excited to join UPH, recognizing the potential for economic reconstruction and development in Ukraine. With a dedicated team, he aim to support SMEs, foster profitable businesses, and create employment opportunities in the country.

Giovanni Maria Palladini

Giovanni Maria Palladini, a partner at Studio Palladini, is a chartered accountant and authorized auditor providing advisory services in tax, finance, M&A, and wealth management for companies and private entrepreneurs. Since March 2016, he has been a member of the board of the ItalChamber Finland.

Previously, he worked at Studio Legale e Tributario Morri Cornelli e Associati in Milan and served as a contract professor at Bocconi University in the accounting department.

He began his career as a practitioner at Ernst & Young in Milan.

Giovanni graduated from Bocconi University with a master's degree in Administration, Finance, and Control.

Enrico Barozzi

Enrico Barozzi is a seasoned management consultant with over 15 years of experience addressing strategic issues in various industries, including steel, ferrous and non-ferrous commodities, fine chemicals, agribusiness, and pharmaceuticals. As co-founder and President of Eugenomics since 2008, he has driven innovation and growth while also leading due diligence activities for M&A transactions.
From 2004, Enrico has invested in high-tech enterprises in sectors like photonics, fintech, and cosmeceuticals. Prior to this, he co-founded Media Partners, a sports marketing agency that was sold for €120 million in 2006. His earlier career includes key positions at JP Morgan in Milan and New York, Arthur D. Little, and McKinsey & Co.
Enrico holds a degree with top honors from Bocconi University in Milan, where he graduated as the first student in the Discipline Economiche e Sociali programme in 1979.

Isabella Mascolo

A professional in corporate finance, private equity, international commercial law, and investor relations, with over nine years of international experience managing complex projects and multicultural teams across the US, the Netherlands, Italy, and Ukraine.

Her diverse professional background includes roles such as Private Equity Analyst at Search Fund Accelerator, a Boston-based PE firm; Global Finance Analyst at International Flavors and Fragrances; Senior Finance Analyst at Philips in the Netherlands; Director of Investor & International Relations for MSBUD, a Ukrainian construction group; and Head of Investor Relations at Advantage Ukraine, the investment facilitation initiative launched by the President of Ukraine in September 2022.

Isabella graduated magna cum laude in International Commercial Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and earned a Dual Master’s Degree in International Business and Finance from Hult International Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
