Logistics Complex

Investment in a large-scale transport and logistics center near Kyiv

Illustration

The project involves the construction of a modern transport and logistics hub on strategically located land plots near Kyiv, on the territory of the Krasylivka village council in the Brovary district. Its proximity to major national highways — M01 (Kyiv–Chernihiv–Belarus border) and H07 (Kyiv–Sumy–Russia) — provides direct access to key transport routes, making it an ideal location for large-scale cargo handling and distribution.
The complex is designed to become a high-capacity logistics ecosystem with flexible infrastructure to meet the growing needs of Ukraine’s domestic and international trade flows.
Key advantages:● Strategic location — direct connection to major national and regional highways● Flexible land use — separate cadastral plots can operate independently or as a unified terminal complex● High throughput capacity — multiple entry points and checkpoints to optimize cargo flow and logistics operations● Integrated infrastructure — on-site customs area, open warehouses, container zones, pallet storage, and TIR parking● Energy efficiency — potential for installing a 10 MW solar power plant on warehouse rooftops under a “green tariff” scheme● Autonomous energy supply — provisions for cogeneration and tri-generation stations to ensure uninterrupted operations
Complex components:
● Terminal A (12 hectares): Two interconnected warehouse complexes (A1 & A2), open storage for oversized cargo, container areas, customs control zones, and TIR parking.● Terminal B (8 hectares): Main office building, guest parking, weighing complex, hotel, café, TIR service area, and additional infrastructure for drivers and clients.● Built-in administrative facilities within each warehouse for staff and tenants.● Advanced safety systems, including firewalls, fire tanks, and pumping stations for each section.
Sustainability and innovation:
● Potential integration of solar energy generation up to 10 MW● Local wastewater treatment facilities and a main gas boiler house with 18 MW capacity● Possibility of installing cogeneration systems for autonomous power, heating, and cooling
